Between past traumas, current struggles, and the demands of everyday life, it can be easy to feel lost. I believe the sacred space we create in therapy can be a place where you experience the freedom to finally come home to yourself.

I have always felt called to the service of and connection to others. I am specifically passionate about working with women as they navigate trauma, relational issues, identity, and motherhood. I am certified in brainspotting, and use this modality to help guide clients to an additional level of emotional release and healing. I enjoy using creativity to tailor therapy to the needs of the client, but primarily operate through a lens of IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). My deepest wish is to walk with individuals as they unfold into the fullest version of themselves and pursue healing. I believe the therapeutic relationship between the client and counselor is sacred- where life is shared by both parties, learning and growing.

If coming into a therapy office feels like a barrier for you at this point in life, but you want access to quality care, I operate as a fully virtual therapist for the woman who is trying to prioritize it all. Whether you’re a stay at home mom who’s holding her baby during our session, a woman in corporate who has an hour between meetings, or a college student who doesn’t have access to a car - I am honored to meet you where you’re at. I offer a warm and compassionate approach to your healing, while making sure you feel empowered to move towards change.

Specialties:

  • Identity Exploration

  • Childhood Trauma

  • Relational Issues

  • Attachment

  • Women’s Issues (pregnancy, motherhood, post-partum)

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with the people I love. Whether I’m on a date with my husband, trying out a new matcha spot with a friend, or walking my precious three legged dog - I love being out and about! Attempting to meet my annual GoodReads goal (usually successful), trying out a new recipe (rarely successful) and getting lost in a new country bring me the most joy in life.
