Life can feel heavy sometimes, and it’s easy to find ourselves carrying things alone — whether that’s anxiety, grief, overwhelm, self-doubt, or simply feeling disconnected from ourselves. As humans, we’re wired for connection, yet so many of us move through hard seasons feeling like we have to figure it all out on our own.

My hope is to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are. A place to slow down, process what’s been weighing on you, and feel supported without judgment. Therapy can simply be a relationship where you feel seen, understood, and encouraged as you navigate life and reconnect with yourself along the way.

As your therapist, my hope is to walk alongside you on a journey of discovery — tending to the garden of your soul. That may mean uprooting something old to make room for something new, watering the parts of you that have been neglected, or simply sitting with what has been hurt or forgotten. Every part of you deserves to be seen.

I have experience working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, and life transitions. I work with both individuals and families and believe many of our struggles are rooted in learned behaviors, unhealed wounds, and the stories we’ve come to believe about ourselves.

My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, learned beliefs, and unique life experiences. Together, we work toward building greater fulfillment, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges — while also leaving room for warmth and laughter along the way.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me cooking some ridiculously elaborate meal for friends or spending time with my husband, son, and our floofy golden retriever. Beyond my people, I enjoy traveling to new places, gardening, game nights, and a good coffee. I value meaningful conversation, moments of quiet and rest, and the reminder that life is best faced one day at a time.
