Emily Keller, LPC-MHSP(T)
Therapist

Everyone deserves the freedom to live in the fullness of life.
With a focus on empathy, trust, and practical solutions, I offer a safe space where we will explore various life challenges and work toward lasting emotional growth and well-being. My approach is collaborative, resourceful, warm, and direct.
My therapeutic style is informed by my experience working with women in a residential treatment center and my current studies as a PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Belmont University. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am a Certified Clinical Trauma and Disordered Eating Specialist.
I primarily work with women and girls experiencing body image concerns, processing their spirituality, healing from trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, or disordered eating. Through a collaborative and empowering approach, I am dedicated to helping you develop the skills and insights needed to move forward with confidence and clarity.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, walking my rescue dog Kirby, or playing a game of pickleball!
