Individual Therapy
Therapy is a place to get curious about yourself. Together, we can make sense of the patterns you’ve picked up, the relationships that have shaped you, and the ways you’ve learned to move through the world.
You don’t have to arrive with the right words—or even know exactly what you want to change. Therapy gives you space to show up as your unfiltered self, feel genuinely known, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need. From there, change can happen one step at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
There’s no threshold you have to meet before you’re “allowed” to come to therapy. You might be struggling with something specific, noticing the same patterns showing up again and again, navigating a difficult season, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis—it can also be a space for curiosity, growth, connection, and becoming more intentional about how you want to live.
-
There’s no set timeline for how long you’ll be in therapy. Some people come with a specific concern and find a few months helpful, while others value therapy as a longer-term space for deeper work and continued growth. You and your therapist will regularly check in about your goals, progress, and what feels most helpful for you.

Rates vary depending on the therapist you work with. We believe you should know what to expect before getting started, so we’ll always discuss cost with you before your first session. If finances are a concern, feel free to ask about available options.
Some of our therapists hold a limited amount of reduced rate spots that become available on rare occasions. Our therapy rates range from $150-$225 depending on the therapists specialization and training.
