Bre'Onna Logothetis: Therapist in Nashville TN

As a therapist, I believe in the transformative power of healing and growth. Therapy isn’t easy - it’s showing up for yourself, unpacking the heavy stuff, shedding tears, and celebrating breakthroughs as you rewrite your story. Change is a crucial part of the journey; choosing yourself and leaning into that change allows growth, relief, and empowerment to take root. The work you’re doing matters because you matter.

You are not broken - even if it sometimes feels that way. Many of us carry negative beliefs about ourselves that quietly shape how we see the world, our relationships, and our worth. Over time, those beliefs can become the lens through which we move through life. I help clients identify those beliefs, understand where they came from, gently heal them, and develop new, healthier ways of seeing themselves and the world.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Therapist. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your journey. I help clients recognize patterns - where they come from, how they show up, and how to create change. I also integrate parts work, helping you tend to different aspects of yourself with compassion.

I tailor therapy to fit your needs, drawing from EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, and other trauma-informed approaches. Together, we’ll set boundaries, protect your peace, and create meaningful change. I’m here to support you every step of the way as you choose yourself and move toward a life that feels more whole.

When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Quinn, our orange cat, Freddie, and staying connected with my siblings, nephews, and niece through frequent FaceTime calls. I love traveling, a good period piece, Harry Potter, home renovation shows, and anything that makes me laugh.

Coffee, cleaning (yes - the Greek in me!), walking, and staying active in the gym bring me joy. As an introvert and highly sensitive person, I value real, present conversations over small talk.

I’m passionate about learning and often listen to audiobooks or read books that deepen my understanding of the work I do. Clients often tell me, “I know you really care about me,” and that means everything to me - because I truly do.
