Jillian Stephen, A-LPC-MHSP

Associate Therapist

Growth, depth, and hope are often found when others walk alongside us- we were never meant to do life alone. My desire is to create this experience for those seeking support, because I know firsthand how valuable and necessary it is to have someone walking with you along the way. Through an intentional and collaborative relationship, I aim to be a steady resource, helping bring light to areas that may feel heavy or unclear while tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.

A core part of my approach is looking beyond surface-level struggles to explore the deeper roots beneath them. Together, we build stability and safety in the present, creating a foundation that allows for deeper exploration and meaningful healing. Lasting change often emerges when we work at this level. Along the way, I support clients in building confidence- learning to trust who they are, understand what they need, and claim both without guilt or shame.

My role is to create a safe, warm, and trusting space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self. You are a whole person, and every part of you is welcome here. I meet my clients in their vulnerability, and we move through it together. It is an honor to walk with you wherever you are and in whatever season of life you find yourself!

Outside of work, I’m most energized by exploring the outdoors, discovering new food spots, enjoying live music, vintage shopping, and experimenting with new recipes. You might spot me on the jumbotron at a Preds game or at the airport creating a new story- big “bopper” energy over here.

I value community, connection, and being social just as much as I cherish quiet time alone. My clients often say “my therapist clocks me,” so if you appreciate honesty, insight, and some humor along the way, we’ll get along well :)
