Bre’onna Logothetis, LPC-MHSP(T)

Therapist

As a therapist, I believe in the transformative power of healing and growth. Therapy isn’t easy—it’s showing up for yourself, unpacking the heavy stuff, shedding tears, and celebrating breakthroughs as you rewrite your story. The work you’re doing matters because you matter.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Therapist, LPC-MHSP(T). I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, family of origin concerns, ADHD, and abuse recovery.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your journey. I help clients recognize patterns—where they come from, how they show up, and how to create change. I also integrate parts work, helping you tend to different aspects of yourself with compassion.

I tailor therapy to fit your needs, drawing from EMDR, CBT, IFS, and other trauma-informed approaches. Together, we’ll set boundaries, protect your peace, and create meaningful change. You are worth this journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
